We recommend arriving in Split at least one day before the competition begins, as we will organize practice rooms where you can rehearse your instrument or vocal program. Ideally, we suggest arriving at least two days earlier.

The organizer is not responsible for delays or missed practice sessions. You will receive the schedule by email at least seven days before the start of the competition.

Competitors are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Hrvatski dom Split, as the organizer of the competition, is not responsible for where competitors stay, nor for booking or paying for accommodation. All accommodation arrangements are handled independently by the competitors.

Transportation is not included in the participation fee. Flight tickets and all ground transportation must be organized and paid for independently by the competitors.

OIB is a personal identification number used in the Republic of Croatia. You need it if you wish to receive a monetary prize payment.

We recommend obtaining an OIB while you are in Croatia by visiting the Tax Administration office in Split in person and requesting the number directly. It may be much more difficult to obtain it later if you win a prize and return to your home country.
